Rhino Shield is the answer I've been looking for on my stucco exterior in Phoenix! Great product and company.

Our experience with Rhino Shield was great. Luis and Caser were great. They kept us informed on what and how the work was being performed. they cleaned up after the work was done better than we expected would highly recommend them.

Hats off to Victor Sanchez and his crew. They always went the extra mile during every step of the process. The level of cleanliness, politeness, and respect was more than expected. They took the time and care to protect existing finishes and landscaping. Highly recommend!

My experience with Rhino Shield has been awesome. We had our house stucco and we put a new air conditioner on our house and bill this year has been awesome. We have been saving over a 150.00 a month since we have done this. Carlos is a awesome person to get things done. He is there to answer questions or if you have any concerns. I totally would recommend Rhino Shield for sure.

Then she did have a concern that we only offer years 100% on the labor on the warranty We discussed this matter on the labor To satisfy her I recommend I can increase that to years 100% labor.
She stated she wants to review this and get back to me I will be sending her an addendum to increase the labor warranty to years today and will keep you posted after her response?

Rhino Shield of Arizona did an excellent job on our house and fence.

We would rate them on a scale of 1-10, a10. The owner and Workers did everything we asked for and was pleasent to work with.

Review: This letter is to bring to attention issues with workmanship and warranty statement issues that change from the initial sales to the conclusion of the project. Rhino Shield of AZ, AKA exterior Coating Solutions LLC, claims their product and procedure of application will allow you to "Never Paint Again" and that they back that with a "Lifetime Warranty." However, despite the hype on the website and radio ads stating such, reality states otherwise. The websites (corporate and AZ site) state that there is a very careful and thorough process prior to and with the product application. This was not true in my case. Power washing and repairs were not done thoroughly, masking was rudimentary, and application of the product was substandard. I was assured that problems would be corrected and everything would be "covered under warranty". Multiple discussion with the co-owner and corporate eventually brought about a re-application of the tinted topcoat. I was also assured through multiple e-mails that the project was covered under the Rhinoshield Lifetime Warranty. On the contract that I signed it stated: “Company’s guarantee: Lifetime Residential, 25 year commercial warranty. It will replace defective material within the guarantee free of charge”. Now that this 3 month process that was supposed to take only 3 days, is at the end, I received via e-mail, the warranty and the walk through signature page that states I am satisfied with the project. I cannot say that I am satisfied. The warranty is NOT LIFETIME. It is a limited warranty at best. It is essentially a 5 year warranty and after that you must pay for any labor if there is issues. I cannot be assured that the product was applied properly, especially with all of my documented issues and concerns along the way. The ads and personnel are misleading with how wonderful their product is and how it is backed by this "Lifetime Warranty". Nowhere on my initial contract does it state that there is only full coverage warranty for the first five years and that thereafter, you need to pay for labor at $20/hour per laborer to have any warranty work done. This is a misrepresentation. Finally, in an interesting after point, as I write this, the Revdex.com site now states that Rhinoshield of AZ is not an accredited Revdex.com business. On the paperwork and their ads, it had stated that they are. I have also noticed that previous complaints somehow have been removed.

Here is the detailed warranty statement that I got after the project was completed:

"Rhino-Shield is a lifetime warranty against chipping, flaking, or peeling. While the manufacturer, [redacted] provides the material warranty. Labor is warranted by Exterior Coating Solutions LLC dba Rhino Shield of Arizona.

In the event that Rhino-Shield coating system fails, Exterior Coating Solutions LLC dba Rhino Shield of Arizona will perform the labor required to prepare and reapply Rhino Shield coating to the substrate. The warranty is limited to the areas of the project with product failure.

During the first 5 years from the completion date, all labor and workmanship will be provided at no cost to the customer. Beyond 5 years from the completion date, the customer will be subject to the labor cost per crew member $20.00 per hour for installing Rhino Shield coating.

To limit the exposure to both the consumer and Exterior Coating Solutions LLC dba Rhino Shield of Arizona, it is encouraged to notify Exterior Coating Solutions LLC dba Rhino Shield of Arizona at the early signs of product breakdown. By addressing product issues near their inception, such problems can usually be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Exterior Coating Solutions LLC dba Rhino Shield of Arizona does not warrant against damage resulting from structural settling, stress cracking, structural movement, structural defects, acts of providence, external physical causes of any kind, alteration to the coated surfaces, lack of proper drainage, (standing water), pre-existing conditions, substrate failure, leaks occurring around window frames, door openings, or leaks in or through the roof. Rhino-Shield is not warranted on mechanical or moving parts.

Normal weathering combined with UV rays will cause any colored surface to adjust. Rhino- Shield is formulated to resist these effects, however any material exposed to sunlight and weather extremes can adjust.

Under no circumstances shall the liability of Exterior Coating Solutions LLC dba Rhino Shield of Arizona extend beyond the replacement and application of the original Rhino Shield coating material. No other warranties exist, expressed or implied. The provisions of the warranty are in addition to any statutory warranty or other rights and remedies available under state and federal statutes. The warranty can be transferred one time. The warranty is transferable to the new owner one time and is prorated for 25 years from the completion date. Transfer to be valid you must contact us within 30 days of the sale of the property and complete the transfer form. If not the warranty is not valid as being transferred. As the original purchaser it is lifetime for you. "Desired Settlement: This should be a true lifetime warranty as originally stated or a full refund.

Rhino Shield recently painted our house with four different colors approved by our local HOA. Rhino Shield Owner, Christian G[redacted], met with us at our home and walked the perimeter with us, explaining what would be repaired in the stucco and wood areas, and how the product would be applied. A quote was submitted to us along with a timeline for completion. The process of applying the Rhino Shield was started on Monday and was completed the following Thursday according to the timeline provided previously. All work was done in an efficient, timely, and professional manner, and the workmanship shows attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the appearance of the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend the application of Rhino Shield to anyone considering upgrading the exterior finish of their home.
