I want Rhino Shield to refund me what I have paid them and go away, void the contract I am not aware of any other resolutions that might be effective in the assuaging things for me I am open to hearing other possible solutions but none have been presented to me Ultimately, I want the madness I am experiencing with Rhino Shield to come to an end I am questioning the integrity of the organization and feel threatened by them and they are not delivering to me as was sold to me by the salesman Maybe in some manner other than a refund they could compensate me for my troubles thus far? Ultimately I need something from them that could rectify the wrong I have experienced

I am rejecting this response because: on Wednesday November 10, the painter (*** Spiegler) was on my property at the break of dawn (in the o'clock hour) and remained there until I left at 7:a.mHe parked in my driveway to block me from exiting my garageHe paced around my property and looked inside the windows multiple times, twice waving at my 7-yr-old daughter He did not appear to be doing any work but waiting for me and then to force me to something (He articulated the night before that all was done until he receives a payment from me.) He was not invited or announced and was behaving erraticThe night before we had planned to further get back with each on this day (November 10, 2016) *during mid-day.* Rhino Shield's General Manager, *** *** responded, "He has never been inappropriate to you." The coercion is actually inappropriate just like all the miscommunication Under duress I signed the "prep papers" yesterday morning after I was able to get assistance from a friend as I was terrified of this painter who clearly was out of line and inappropriateI gave Rhino Shield the payment as was agreed upon in the *original* contract and I signed the papers for *** yesterday morning since *** said he would pack up and leave if I did not do so and *** had also said that nobody else from Rhino Shield would be returning to paint my house if he left.*** ended up leaving my house, reportedly sometime in the morning, there on November 10th, and returned to his home in Denver suburban area That's what he said to me, anyway, when I was on the phone with him as planned for mid-day yesterday When I got back home yesterday I noticed all the prep work stuff had been taken and *** also took the paint that I had left for him (The paint was always left at my house until on this day a decision is made to take it away.)We (me, Rhino Shield through *** ***) never came to a settlement through RevDex.com and *** takes coercion and force in this process to accomplish what he wants, get my money and when there has been no resolution between us *** was and remains notified that I do not accept the $as the settlement A mere $does not settle things for me for this behavior I have experienced and continue to experience Yesterday I told *** I want at minimum hours of my time paid for by Rhino Shield for what continues to grow in problems I now am insisting on a minimum of a full day of my wages Today, November 11, and the painter is nowhere to be found and after last night *** said the painter would return today to resume the work "around a.m." It's now close to 10:a.mand there exists plenty of work that remains accomplished and Rhino Shield is not doing it as expressed would be done Additionally, I was not made aware of any changes to the plan if, for some reason, a change was made between last night and this morning.All along I have made my house accessible and maintained my integrity

A Rhino Shield crew was assigned to this projectOn the first day, the customer demanded that the (hispanic) crew be replaced with another crewOur second crew had other projects that had to be completed which lead to delays in performing the work on *** *** homeBecause of the delay in getting her project started, *** *** demanded that she be reimbursed for mental anguishIn an effort to resolve the customer’s concerns we agreed to reduce her contract price by $*** *** then demanded to be be reimbursed for six hours of lost wages for the time she devoted to this project*** *** also wanted to be reimbursed for Doggie Day Care and the use of water that was used to pressure clean her home Our second crew throughly cleaned the home in preparation for product to be appliedIn an effort to please the customer, the crew washed the customer's driveway, cleaned her gutters and even washed the customer’s dog houseThis additional work was not in the scope of work we were contracted to doAt this point the prep work was completed and a prep payment equal to half of the remaining balance was dueWhen we attempted to process her prep payment her credit card was declined multiple timesAfter making multiple attempts to process her prep payment we were only able to have a portion of her payment approved by her credit card companyProduct was not applied to the customer’s home because of the customer’s inability to pay the required prep payment One evening our crew removed several buckets of the Rhino Shield Primer from the job site to protect it from freezing overnightThe customer called the Colorado Springs police department and reported that our crew had stolen the materialOver the next week the customer sent multiple emails requesting that the work begin. We advised the customer that no product would be applied and work would not resume until her prep payment was paid in fullWe have concerns that the customer doesn’t have the financial resources to pay for the work*** *** has the Rhino Shield Top Coat in her possession, so the customer’s $1,deposit was applied towards the cost of that custom tinted materialAn invoice outlining the job expenses was forwarded to the customer on 11/14/16. By the time the customer advised us that she had to funds to pay the balance of the prep payment due, the decision to refund the customer’s partial prep payment and cancel the contract was made

A local roofing company has been contacted and they will set up a time with the customer to inspect the concrete roof tile.

The attached contract addendum was forwarded to the customer via email.

 Ultimately, I want the madness I am experiencing with Rhino Shield to come to an end.  I am questioning the integrity of the organization and feel threatened by them and they are not delivering to me as was sold to me by the salesman.  Maybe in some manner other than a refund they could compensate me for my troubles thus far? I am rejecting this response because I haven't agreed with the settlement Rhino Shield proposed to me (in separate correspondence) in response to this complaint. Indeed, I have been told a new painter is going to come out plus Rhino Shield will reduce my fee by $500 but the reduction in price has not generated any amendment to the contract in any manner. I have found out this new painter was sent to my residence without an agreement having been made, here, between me and Rhino Shield. Rhino Shield "talks" a lot and refuses to write this talk into the contract.  I find this very uncomfortable, the "looseness" by which Rhino Shield is doing things.  It's painful to me and growing in my costs.  I've made suggestions for ways of restoring things that I believe are very reasonable and fair but Rhino Shield continues to underrate the suffering I have endured and costs to me and my household. In the end, under my proposals Rhino Shield would be paid the contract price minus $500 if they do the work I was promised but that's not good enough for Rhino Shield.  Very disconcerting when I need the opposite.Now this new painter is present and practically begging me for money.  Yup, that's what Rhino Shield did to one of the painters they employ.  Or, is that just a hoax to try to get me to feel sentimental towards this "poor guy" who is "just trying to do a good job"?  I guess time will tell.

After reviewing all of the details surrounding this project, we have decided to issue a refund and cancel the customer's contract. The attached letter was been sent to the customer today explaining our position. It is unfortunate that we were unable to find a resolution to this situation but we feel that it is best for the customer to hire another company to perform her exterior painting project.
