We resolved the dispute directly with our customer. A credit was issued on 4/21/2017 prior to the dispute being submitted and a return shipping label was emailed on 4/26/2017. This issue was due to incorrect information provided to us by the...
manufacturer in regards to a replacement for a defective bulb where the item was on manufacturer backorder. This resulted the backorder arriving about 2 weeks longer than what we were advised and an unhappy customer.
