Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Rhino did not show any receipts for the parts they claim they provided.  They did not fix my car as they claim.  It ran for a couple of hours then had the same problems.  They also claimed to have put in many man hours but again have no evidence of this and my car was still not fixed after months in their possession.  They did not deal in good faith.  If they could not fix it, they should have told me so I could take it elsewhere and should have returned my money.  As for picking up the car, [redacted] called to let him know we what time we were coming and Don (once again) was conveniently not there to talk with us.
Regards,

When [redacted]'s Ex husband [redacted] brought in the car it was actually going to Austin DIY/ Austin Diesel specialists and they wanted to charge too much so I told [redacted] that I would do the transmission repair for $1,200 when we scanned the vehicle it had several electrical codes additional to the...

transmission codes and said it will most likely still have issue if the other codes are not repaired as well when we fixed the transmission it was working fine but once the light came on the car would automatically go into a limp mode after explaining and looking at the electrical part of the vehicle we recommend that a new ECM be replaced that we paid for including the reprogramming they paid for but we reimbursed that did fix for a little while they brought the car back and told them I'm not an electrical specialist so they brought it to the Acura dealership and they diagnosed the problem as the Torque Converter and I told them that it's wrong even went to the dealership and told them it's impossible to be a torque converter as it's an electrical fault not a mechanical fault but [redacted] and [redacted] wanted to replace the Torque Converter so I paid the $225.00 at the dealership and brought the car back to my shop and replaced the Torque Converter $399.95 that Dave told me that they would pay for so with another new one and the same issue was still present as I explained would not fix the electrical issue, they came to the garage while I was out a picked up the Acura without paying for the Torque Converter that they said they would pay for and didn't and my losses on the job are $399.95 T.C $225.00 Acura Diagnostics plus $400 ECM and many manhours of tracing electrical issues Thank you
