R H L is using my phone number on their listing and Facebook pageI am constantly getting calls all the time I left word on their Facebook page no responseThere must be some way to reach them or take my number off of their page and listingPlease help me with this matter

Review: Hubbard City entered a contract for all residents to have trash service with Republic Services as of February 1 2015. I had trash service with RHL for nearly 2 years and paid promptly every 3 months. I have a refund of $16 that is owed for the month of February. I paid for Dec, Jan, Feb-$16/month. I notified RHL the last week of January and they already knew about the city contract and I was told I would be refunded. The last week of Feb. I called and asked when I would be receiving my refund. I was told they would be sending them out starting Mar. 16. I called RHL again April 16 and left a VM stating I am inquiring about my refund and I haven't heard back. This is ridiculous. I was never late paying this company. Two and a half months have passed since service was terminated. I want my refund. Maybe others will let it slide. I won't. I don't cheat and I won't be cheated as well.Desired Settlement: I would like my $16 refund. I have proof of payment. I sent them a check for $46 because a $2 credit was issued for not picking up a week and notifying them.
