For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.? Hi,The paperwork was filed wrong at the time that we moved into The Perch on Lake.? Attached is our proof of the security deposit paid by check, not through Sure Deposit.? This proof has been submitted to The Perch on Lake at least twice and per the manager, Kathleen, has been forwarded to the management company, LHN Real Estate.? Per Kathleen the representative at the LHN management company who has been handling our case is Claudine and she can be reached at [redacted] ? Kathleen stated that we should have received a check by the end of last week with our refund but we have not yet gotten it through the mail.? Claudine has been left a voicemail by Nicole [redacted] on 4-11-to discuss the situation [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ?

(The following was copy/paste by Revdex.com staff - ***)***We took over management, not ownership of the property this past Spring and the previous management company did not provide all of the files needed during the transition. Ms***s files was one of the files that we did not obtain
until last week. She did move out 6/21/and because of the mishap, we credited her prorated June rent back to her. Her total refund is $1,and will be mailed this afternoon to her *** *** address. Attached move out statement w/copy of check

I have reached out to the consumer to try to resolve the issueWe are under new management as of April and all documentation points to him paying his deposit through Sure Deposit which is a bond and what the consumer pays is non-refundableHe is stating he did pay a full deposit, but I am not
seeing that anywhereI am still looking into this at this time

I have reached out to the consumer to try to resolve the issue. We are under new management as of April 1 and all documentation points to him paying his deposit through Sure Deposit which is a bond and what the consumer pays is non-refundable. He is stating he did pay a full deposit, but I am not...

seeing that anywhere. I am still looking into this at this time.
