Spoke to this company in regards to my wife listed on the complaint as well for a backlog of billing issues where they let a year basically go by, and now want money owed from what insurance didn’t cover.
They are billing her 157.77 statement number *** statement date was may 10 2020 yet it’s now also June 8 as well.
The woman in billing I spoke to on Friday June 5, I explained to her that the co-owner Of the company had agreed as I was in the room multiple times that he would write off the balance. As she couldn’t keep paying and would have seeker another individual. He was ok with writing it off and the woman in billing that I took a screenshot of her calling me on Friday at roughly 10:30 am said that this 157.77 balance was all set. They were going to write it off. Now today she’s got a bill for the same amount with more dates included. So what’s going on? I want a bill sent to her showing the balance is zero as that’s what I was told on Friday.
I spoke with the patient's husband on 6/5/20 and the bill was adjusted off that day. The 2nd bill received was a duplicate sent in error, I apologize. Please see attached bill showing this balance has been written off.
