Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Thanks in part to the Revdex.com [redacted] and his crew did finally finish the job he started seven months ago. However, at the time of the install in September and October 2014, I purchased a Warranty for the Air Conditioner for $and he has yet to give it to me I talked to him on Saturday May and he promised me that he would find it and give it to me on Monday May I called him on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages about the Warranty He did not pick up the phone when I called and he has not called me back after I left the messages I would give him more time, but this is the last day I can Accept or Reject his response through the Revdex.com.I am not sure if he lost the Warranty because he waited so long to finish the install, or if he never got it in the first place even though I paid him for it I would prefer to get the Warranty, but if it turns out he never got it in the first place I would ask that at least he return the $I paid him for it Regards, [redacted]

I had went over there spent the manpower of four different guys and completed everything I agreed upon the day prior *** completing everything I spoke to the gentleman who owned the house he indicated to me that he would make the full payment of the balanceno payment was given to us as he stated that we did not put a piece of duct woin the living room as we designed the system without this particular duck there was no need for add an additional return in his living room as the system was tested and works properly and he was happy with the system due to the fact that he had asked in the beginning if you could have an extra duck I explained to him that there wasn't enough air movement in the unit he agreed so upon paying me he didn't want to pay because you said I owed him a piece of duct his girlfriend had indicated to us that he did not have any money available to him and that's why he was trying to come up with a reason not to pay that they just had to make a big payment on their house he had bought a warranty through us as I gave him a receipt for it that is the one at the information basically he has a warranty through us and I had given him a receipt for the payment of the warranty the dates are on that receipt therefore there is no more paperwork to be given as he is trying to tarnish I name and use the BB be against us as leverage to gain more often as he's trying to get a refund on money stat is not owed to him as one of my employees lives next door to them and very friendly with them as the girlfriend has told my employee that the boyfriend which is the homeowner is in financial debt at this time and is looking for any kind of money from anything as I have assigned invoice with him claiming that he is in very happy with the install and is very satisfied he has a receipt for the payment said he paid for the warranty as we buy it through the manufacturer through wash that's all the payment that he gets as far as the receipt that's all the receipt that he gets was through us stating that he paid for the extra warranty if he has a warranty claim he could actually call us and we will take care of the warranty for them has making no payment at the end of the job could resulting not being able to pull the warranty on his equipment due to the fact that he defaulted on the original contract but in any event the only paperwork that he needs to this one and he is what he has already received I have responded to this claim numerous times I be sponsored to the Revdex.com about this I responded to the homeowner about this I responded to finish the job I feel that we have been in complete compliance with the customer with the Revdex.com and every aspect of our company's reputation is at stake due to the fact that he is using the Revdex.com as aqui way to gain extra work or refunded money that is not owed to him

This system was installed properly and ran as promised the cu stoner had issue's with the radiatorsame prior to the install as the sight glass was broken due to the sludge in the boiler we told the customer to we would return the following day witch we did when we arrived I text and emailed
the customer as he explained he had to run out and that the back door was unlocked I explained to him I don't allow my guys to enter a home unattended for reason of my insurance as we reschedule the following day same thing we showed up and he wasn't home I told him to contact us when he was home he called another company sadly he didn't know the company is a family member of mine as he says he only put a sight Glass on the boiler the warranty is from the factory not us we warranty through the factory he can have any one from the slant Finn company warranty the boiler as we do that as courtesy to our customers there's no dollar value involved with it so he was happy upon completion and sign a invoice stating he was very happy and now he has yet to call us one time so how can my customer service be bad if he never tried it he's looking to make money off this situation and I don't think there's any wrong doing considering he has never called us once with any complaints

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. None of the claims in the business's response are accurate.  Our  communication through email and text was well established from the very start of the job and I was communicating with him right up until he stopped responding to my texts after having not showed up on two occasions when he told me he would.  I then sent a detailed email stating that I had not received any response to my texts.  He never once indicated that his workers were prohibited from entering my house without me present.  The exact exchange is shown below from email communication between us on 11/23Message from me:"[redacted], I am not at home today.  I have to go into the office.  I can leave my back door unlocked if you want to come in an do"RI Rooter & Plumbing response:"Ok that's fine"Next message from me:"Ok, the back door is open, you just have to push it open.So the problems that are still present:Radiator on the left in the master bedroom, not workingRadiators in the office are not working.  The one on the left as you're walking in, seems to warm up, but then doesn't stay warm, the other one just isn't working.Whatever is the source of the leak is still unknown.  It happened one other time since the last time I reported, but not since ThursdaySystem is very load with hissing, clanging and knocking.  Much louder and more disruptive than it was before boiler replacement.  There is something not right there."RI Rooter and Plumbing never showed up on 11/23.Previous to that on 11/20 thye were expecte to arrive mid-morning.  I received a text at 11:26AM that read:Running late today as we haven't stopped since 4AM, but planning on being there before mid-afternoon is that ok"My response:"Yes, Thanks for reching out.  I'll be around."  I was home that entire day and RI Rooter and Plumbing never showed up on that day either. When you get to house you'll probably want to crank heat and you will hear what I am talking about.I haven't had to add water so I'm not sure a water feeder is needed. Please let me know by email when you get to the house.  I don't have my phone with me today, but I can be reached at [redacted] if needed,Thanks, [redacted]"It is baffling to me that the business doesn't seem to bear any responsibility for what is happening with the heating system above the basement level even though all valves have been replaced by them.  Yes, I had two radiators in my office area that were not working, but I fully expected that issue to be addressed as part of the new boiler install.  Otherwise why would I enter into an agreement if that was not part of it? If additional work or equipment was needed to address that issue I was prepared to pay a higher fee.  Since the new boiler was install I now only have 6 working radiators.  There are twelve in the house. The system clicks and hisses and knocks so loud that it sounds like someone is in the basement banging on the pipes with a hammer. It also seems like the business is somehow trying to blame the breakage of the site glass on the sludge condition in the system.  That's not accurate.  I happened to have been in the basement when they had the sight glass detached from the boiler.  [redacted] instructed his employee to heat the glass under hot water before replacing it back in the system.  That apparently was not done to a degree that prevented the glass from breaking.I was forced to contact a different company to get the work done when they no longer responded to texts or emails.  I shouldn't have to track down people who don't show up when they say they are going to show up.  I had outlined all of the problems in an email on two separate occasions that included the number of radiators that were not working, the clanging and knocking and the unexplained flooding that was occurring in the basement.

Thanks in part to the Revdex.com [redacted] and his crew did finally finish the job he started seven months ago. However, at the time of the install in September and October 2014, I purchased a Warranty for the Air Conditioner for $500 and he has yet to give it to me.  I talked to him on Saturday May 16 and he promised me that he would find it and give it to me on Monday May 18.  I called him on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages about the Warranty.  He did not pick up the phone when I called and he has not called me back after I left the messages.  I would give him more time, but this is the last day I can Accept or Reject his response through the Revdex.com.I am not sure if he lost the Warranty because he waited so long to finish the install, or if he never got it in the first place even though I paid him for it.  I would prefer to get the Warranty, but if it turns out he never got it in the first place I would ask that at least he return the $500 I paid him for it.

As I still have yet been able to contact the home owner as this customer as yet to reach out and call my company phone or send any form of email he hasn't responded to any of our attempt to reach out to him with this situation as we agree completely as we did install the system in his home , we...

agree that yes we haven't been back to hook the a/c yet as we didn't leave the job undone as it was clear to contact us when the weather break as to the frist contact was through Revdex.com as he never once called us to set up ant time to have his system started, further more he has relied on his x girlfriend to contact a x employee of mine as I dont understand why he couldn't have contacted us direct , as he still owes this company money for the balance totaling $500 upon completion of the a\c start up as we intend to fully collect this money and complete the job it would've been easier to call the company u need to have work completed by rather then go on the Revdex.com to make sure I received this then respond to him , as he still hasn't returned my calls as we have done over 30 installs like this one in questions and every single one has called with out any problem and we responded to start the system as agreed upon doing so when it was warm enough to start the a/c out door system so I will try to contact this customer and try to make arrangements to start his system and collect our last payment as we are a Revdex.com sponsored company with Revdex.com logos on our trucks as this is why he chose to make a complaint rather then even picking up the phone once to call as I'm very upset about this complaint as we go above and beyond for any customer who we have contact with as our business is based on referrals and we stand behind 100% satisfaction guaranteed our ur money back so how is this writer all over our trucks and yet this man has never to this day reached out and called us not even one time nor sent a email as I wish someone would look into these complaints as to befor they send them to the public eye as this a pure misunderstanding as to this homeowner trying to make us upset for not just remembering we needed to hook up his ac as he should've tried to call even once as if I was warm and needed my a/c u bet ur life I would've called none the less we don't even care to this complaint as we will respond to his house and complete what we agreed upon as this is crazy we never leave any customer hanging as he still owes money to boot
