Aquavida Pools has worked hard to satisfy Mr& Mrs [redacted] and we feel the same frustrations on the timeline, several changes were made on this project from paver coping sizes that were set in place having to be removed due to customer not accepting the selection they made to all 550LF of swimming pool waterline tile being removed after the customer was not happy with their selectionAquavida Pools agreed to a hold back on the final payment as the customer was wanting to remove more pavers to be replaced, we opted to have the customer hire another contractor to remove those pavers with the rather than Aquavida Pools do this workIn regards to the acid wash the pool is a rather large surface area and we have treated the pool with an underwater exposure and currently the pool surface meets workmanship standards Sincerely, [redacted] / OwnerAquavida PoolsNCave Creek Rd.Phoenix, Arizona 85020Cell: 602-334-
