We bought our condo from Rhodes Construction and Rhodes Realty a little over 2 years ago. The construction is excellent - energy efflicient and high quality. Our electric and gas bills are incredibly low. When we bought our condo was in construction. Mark Rhodes allowed us to customize it to meet our needs - finished basement, hardwood throughout, extending living room & deck, etc.We couldn't be more pleased. While some of our punch list items took awhile to be addressed each one was fixed and or finished. We recommend.

Purchased new construction home 1/9/14. Still have many defects that have not been addressed, leaving home and property incomplete.New home purchased 1/9/14. Outstanding items are: final grade incomplete, leaving septic and other underground pipes fully exposed and the property unfinished; no lawn has been planted; driveway topcoat remains unfinished; walls by basement walkout unfinished, defective, and crumbling; landscape walls in front of house improperly finished; section of siding underneath deck is missing; concrete under deck stairs to prevent it from sinking into ground not in place; deck is not connected to the concrete footers; window shutters have not been installed; flashing above front windows needs to be replaced as they are too short; trim must be repaired above garage door and front entrance portico; front columns and hardy planks at portico have not been painted; exterior paint to be touched up; cracks around windows need to be sealed; front brick walkway is falling apart due to unfinished grade; splinters and gaps in hardwood floors due to installation problems remain uncorrected. There have been dozens and dozens of emails to and from builder and builder's agent in which they acknowledge the defects and promise to repair. So far, no action taken on their part.Desired SettlementAll outstanding and acknowledged defects addressed and made whole within 30 days.
