We bought our condo from Rhodes Construction and Rhodes Realty a little over years ago The construction is excellent - energy efflicient and high quality Our electric and gas bills are incredibly low When we bought our condo was in construction Mark Rhodes allowed us to customize it to meet our needs - finished basement, hardwood throughout, extending living room & deck, etc.We couldn't be more pleased While some of our punch list items took awhile to be addressed each one was fixed and or finished We recommend

The work Rhodes Construction did for us on our wood framed house included: removing peeling paint from exterior, scraping excess caulking from siding, removing and replacing rotten boards, re-nailing protruding nails over the WHOLE house, re-caulking the siding correctly, hand priming and trimming entire exterior, applying a triple coat of paint to entire exterior and foundation, removing and replacing rotten boards on front porch banisters and balusters, complete renovating of rotten/leaking porch roofing and gutter system, fixing interior dry wall around windows and on ceiling due to water damage, painting entire kitchen ceiling, and many small odds and ends that he did just to make things "look right" His attention to detail is unparalleled
It has been almost two months since having the work completed and my husband and I still walk up to our house and say BOY that looks GOOD!!

The company gutted my bathroom down to the studs for a complete remodel They were to center a vanity and install a new shower
I purchased the vanity which was inside my house for the entire jobMrRhodes never considered that the plumbing would have to be moved to accommodate the vanity placementHe placed the vanity right next to the shower door totally blocking the left entrance to the showerI pointed this out and he said that I did not pay to move the plumbingThe truth is he never looked at the vanity to see if it would workWhy would I want a new shower with an unusable door? Of course I would have paid
to move plumbing
