my family experience with Rhodes funeral home was terrible. Rhodes were suppose to send certificates for my husband,all we got WEREexcuses and lies .At one point I was told they did not have a record of my husband.I finally told them I was going to contac the better business and report this,that is when they made the effort to get those certificates to my family. we have THEMnow thanks to the Revdex.com . THIS COMPANY IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
Review: After the death of my brother, we made funeral arrangements with Rhodes Funeral Home, signed a contract for $6000 total funeral cost and paid a deposit of $1330. The following day, A representative from the business demanded an additional $700 for the "Coffin". We just want my brother to have his funeral service for the contracted agreement.Desired Settlement: Adhere to the contract.
