To be frank and quite honest, this customer is a COMPLETE liarShe’s a fraud with fraudulent informationWe serviced her house on Monday, December 19th, we arrived onsite at 10AMhours with cleanersWe cleaned her house from top to bottomThe team leader, whose been with us since 1999, cleaned her stove using our standard procedures: spray with a non-abrasive solution, let it sit to help break down the buiand then clean We do not scrub surfaces so hard where the paint would come off Her stove top had cooked on, caked on, grease and heavy build upThe stove was already in bad shape before we arrived - the chipped and scrapped black paint around the burners tells the storyWe sent a thank you email to the customer on Wednesday, December 21, as a standard procedureOn Thursday, December 22, the customer devised a deceptive plan to try and distort our social media image and at the same time get money backShe sent an email that said "Hi Dreama - I just left a message for youAttached you will find the current state of my stove topThis is a result of your team not using the proper materials on the ceramic topIt is now full of scratchesI can assure you this was not the condition prior to your cleaning services Please give me a call back to work on next steps on correcting this issue###-###-####This email came with images of some supposedly scratched areasWe contacted her the same day and asked her to send images of the entire stove top; a few images with the burners in place and a few without the burners to investigate She sent the second batch of images as we had asked a few days later After we viewed the 2nd batch of images, we thought it was quite strange and unusual that the surface around the burners were so severely damaged that the black paint was scrapped off AND yet she wasn't complaining about thatWe viewed her images and emailed her a final decision on Monday, December 26, which stated "Good afternoon, your stove top images were carefully reviewed and we deny any allegations and contend there is no link between our cleaning services and any damages to your stove top We dispute all liability in this matter RHR Cleaning Services has not been proven to have caused damages to your stove top Management stands behind the quality, safety and formulation of our cleaning products all of which meet all safety and quality standards set by the cleaning industryThe damages that are shown from the images were already present before our cleaners proceeded with cleaning it The stove top damage was created over a course of time and could not have been created from us with a one-time cleaning visitThe team leader, stated your stove had a heavy, caked on food and grease build up and that the stove was in bad shape before she proceeded with cleaning itHer stove is quite old and discontinued and for her to try and say we damaged it is absurd! The damages that were done to this stove was done over a period of time and not just a one-time clean from usThis customer is delusional and she makes it bad for customer's that may in fact have a real issueWe wish her the best but we will not allow her to victimize us with her lies and shenanigans!

RHR is making damaging statements about my character that are false and unprofessional.  I have requested multiple times to speak directly with the Owner and they have not been honored. I would like the opportunity to speak directly with the Owner to review the circumstances and the subsequent slanderous allegations made. I truly feel that the opportunity to have a open and honest discussion would be mutually beneficial.  I understand that the Owner will be back in the office Jan. 23rd. I will reserve any further communications until that time. I do appreciate the rescinding of the personal information posted to the internet in a timely manner and do acknowledge that errors do occur.
