Good afternoon,It looks like we were waiting on a piece for the door that was on back order, the piece has since arrived We can schedule a time to go to the customer house to install and finish up the project - whatever time is more convenient for the customerThank you

A $refund has been approved and will be processed for the customer

Yes, the technician arrived and started the project later than planned but we updated the customerThe customer was upset with this and decided he did not want us to finish and was not going to pay for anything elseWe sent him an email summarizing the phone conversation he had with Mike with
regards to him not wanting us to finish and him not willing to pay for anything elseThe customer then had a change of heart as he realized he had broken the contract and wanted us to go ahead and finish the project. We WERE AND ARE STILL willing to complete the project but on a MONEY ORDER ONLY - PAY UP FRONT basis as we have doubt that he will successfully meet/pay his financial obligations to us as he has already stated he was not going to pay us anything else(see our attached service terms and agreement.) The quote/service authorization was email to the customer on April 26, (The service order is attached). All quotes/service authorizations have the following clause "CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BEFORE ENTERING THIS CONTRACT THEY HAVE RECEIVED, READ AND AGREE TO THE RHR TERMS AND SERVICE AGREEMENTCUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE ORDER WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ABOVE DATE” The customer NEVER stated any damages to his property UNTIL after his account was placed on a "MONEY ORDER ONLY - PAY UP FRONT status" so there is some doubt that we actually caused this so-called damageThe email communication between us is below:

The reason I contacted RHR and Mike on Saturday 4/was it was recommended by the technician that was sent to me informed me to do so based on the situation I have several texts from the technician stating that the information provided to him by RHR was inaccurate based on the repair needed, mainly the piece that needed replaced The technician stated he didn't work for Mike and this was his 2nd time working with Mike and RHR and would not further work with him based on the experience The technician informed me he would repair the trim and wall I called and emailed Mike to complain to him as the technician was complaining to me and I had been sitting around a majority of the day waiting for him to arrive, hour after I was informed he would arrive by Mike, because he wasn't provided with the right information in the first place In talking with Mike he only offered excuses and asked me what I wanted to be done I wanted some sort of resolution for the difficulty leading up to that point which he offered none When he asked me what I wanted done I told him "I want some sort of resolution in regards to the repair due to my frustration and at the recommendation of his technician" No payment was withheld as payment wasn't due upon completion He said he would remove the technician at this time but I was told by the technician that he was going to complete the project He then informed me he didn't have time to finish the repair and would at least put the door on so it could be locked and then could finish the repairs I was then contacted by the technician on Monday stating that he couldn't do the repairs on his own and it would have to be completed through RHR due to the contract termsThis is when I reached back out to RHR to discuss finalizing the repair.I was then informed that there was additional repair needed to my door which would now cost me $when there was no damage at all to my door, only damage resulting from the initial partial repair I was asked to provide pictures of the additional damage with I supplied to RHR A service tech was sent to my house, which I asked for a minute courtesy call only to receive an email that they would be there between 5:30-6pm The tech arrived about 6:and I could hear him talking to somebody about how messed up the door was and that whoever was sent out to do the original repair did a terrible job He informed me he could make the repairs needed but also tried to ask me about getting a new door as referenced by RHR When I told him there were no issues with my door he agreed that there was nothing needed and he could make all other repairs I then received an email stating that the original repair was all that was needed and could be completed at the original agreed upon final payment but it would be required to be paid up front The service agreement states that the final payment was due upon finalization of repair which I agreed to pay, see emails, upon our terms agreed upon in the service agreement.I have attached text messages from the service technician ( I have on my phone to show dates if questioned) in regards to his situation with RHR and Mike I have pictures of the damage to my door trim and wall that are dated on 5/2/at 6:57pm before I even referenced in the email to RHR about the additional damage done and texts from the technician, attached, that Mike was blaming him for the whole situation and trying to get him to pay for everything When I spoke to Mike on Saturday 4/I informed him of the damage done by the technician to my trim and wall as part of my issue with the services provided The interior trim around my door was never replaced, it was only removed which it was damaged in doing so, and then reattached damaged The service tech informed me he could repair it so you couldn't tell and asked if I had any compound or sealant to be used As for the door the tech went out and bought compound and a putty knife to repair the wall, which I still have at my house

Good afternoon,It looks like we were waiting on a piece for the door that was on back order, the piece has since arrived.  We can schedule a time to go to the customer house to install and finish up the project - whatever time is more convenient for the customer. Thank you
