Yes I did install a roof on ** *** house four or five years ago he only had a twelve month labor warrantyI am at that time not obligated to help or warranty my laborHe does a shingle warranty threw *** since he had thirty year shingles installedI was attempting to help *** *** but
then after him blasting me on social media which was *** and even other contractors in the area took up for me on a five year old roof it is not the installers fought and that is all I am responsible for and like stated that warranty was for twelve month not four or five years, but was still attempting to help but with blasting of social media and when I was in middle of trying help I caught the flue and was down sick for almost two week and the threating message that came to me from ** *** made me change my mind on giving any helping hand that I am not responsible forAgain we install roof four to five years ago he had a one year labor warranty he needs to call the shingle manufacture this is not a install problem and is out of my warranty for anything freeAlso this was explained to *** *** by me and others as he was bad mouthing me on social media and that is not legal and we will be dealing with that from another aspect now.Thanks ***

Review: RHR replaced my roof around July 2010. The shingles were improperly installed, and it wasn't apparent until they started buckling and sliding off the roof in sheets in October 2014. This was determined to be due to faulty installation by RHR. I contacted RHR on October 12, 2014 and he agreed to help initially, but after several willfully-false statements (not showing up, telling me that the manufacturer agreed to replace the shingles for free, telling me new shingles were supposed to be delivered on 11/24/2014) and hostile communications, RHR ceased communication entirely. A complaint has also been filed with the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want to make sure that other people are aware of the hostility and misrepresentations that I have encountered when dealing with [redacted].

Review: I gave [redacted], contractor for RHR-LLC, a deposit check of $1000.00 as on December 3, 2012 for a project to be performed on my home. This amount is about half the total bill for the jobs projected cost.In March, I contacted him regarding a starting date and he stated he would begin the work the first of April. He did not show and after numerous conversations I gave him a date to start or I would cancel the job. The materials did not arrive as promised not did he attempt to make any reconcilation toward the job. As he did not perform the work as he stated he would, I requested a refund on April 19th, 2013. [redacted] stated numerous times that he was going to mail me a check, and as of today, June 1, 2013, I have not received it. I offered to accept 2- $500.00 payments if that would make it easier, to which I did not receive an answer. He has not returned my emails, text messages, nor is his phone accepting any more phone calls.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of $1000.00. 2-$500.00 payments are not an option.
