Review: The corner of my gutter started to leak when I called Mr. Mike Heverly, he said he'd put me on his schedule. I called him again in April and left a message, again several times in May and on June 8, 9, 11 & 12. He never returned any of my calls. On June 18 Mike came over and said the gutter was too wet. He told me to call him back on Friday, but I was very ill. I called him on Saturday, left a message & he never called me back. I went to Cheektowaga police department on Aug. 8 to have them find his address, but they couldn't. The police officer called him and Mr. Heverly was t my house 1 hour later, same story - gutter was too wet. He tried to return $20.00 and I refused. That's when I contacted the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a full refund because of his inferior work, repeated lying and dishonesty and because of the aggravation, frustration and state of depression he put a 76 year old senior citizen through.
