We were hired in the middle of the winter to winterize this property through another company as a third party vendorWhen we arrived at the property we could not enter the building due to the snow being ft highWe had to return the next day with shovels and shovel the driveway and the walkway to
the entranceWe entered the property and notice water marks on the floorWe also noticed water coming through the walls as there were signs of leakageWhen we checked the hot water tank and the boiler we also noticed water under the units as well. We notified the company who hired us of all existing issues as well as the gas being offThey informed us that the owner had the gas terminated. These issue existed prior to our arrivalAt this point all we could do is put antifreeze in all necessary places such as the toilets and sinksThe owner of the property should have drained all the water out before shutting the gas off and this would have been avoidedWe never herd anything from anyone about this property until recentlyI have attached pictures of the damage
