Riad Accounting and Translation Services

Review: I used Riad Accounting services to prepare my 2004-2010 tax return. Mr. Riad agreed to prepare my taxes, gave me a total I would owe the IRS as well as his fee for accounting services. A payment schedule was also agreed upon. Mr. Riad accepted my payments, in exchange for preparing and submitting my taxes to the IRS. On Monday June 10th, I met with Mr. Riad to collect the 2004-2010 tax returns. At this meeting, he informed me that he did not complete nor submit my returns. However he did collect my payments. When I asked for a refund of those payments, Mr. Riad refused. He took my money, and made no attempts to contact me to inform me the taxes were not submitted. This is unprofessional and illegal.Desired Settlement: Refund of payments made for accounting services, and/or completion and submission of tax returns to the IRS.

I am requesting a FULL refund of the payments I have made for tax services not completed. The full amount is NOT $500, it is $900.
