The customer contacted us in to get a website done however then asked to put project on hold.The customer then contacted us again in Feb to get the project started and the contact person was ***.As this was a custom design so we first made the design which was approved by *** and then
we developed the website and was about to make it live It was then *** was again not reachable.We were then contacted by *** in November who then requested complete remakeover of design which we normally do not do as design was done and developed however considering the customer was with us since we agreed to that.We made the new design for the customer that is when she started asking money back.We had done all the work and were only ready to accommodate minor edits before live however the customer made us do design all over again .The fact remains that the design was approved and development was started with agreement with contact person in Feb and still we were asked to do everything again which we were doing however then customer started asking money back.We are speaking to the customer *** now and she will be taking back the complaint as per the last communication with her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],however, back in February 2014 I was asked to make an additional payment of $400 for what they called a dormant fee. Since they already had about $1,700 of my money that is when I requested the last payment of $400 back because the website was totally unacceptable. We have been told by [redacted] that they will in fact credit the $400 paid in February, 2014. I told them that once I receive the credit I will rescind the complaint I filed with Revdex.com.We are working together and they have promised to produce a website that I am looking for. We shall see.
