Riatta Village RV

I moved in that address last December 1, 2019 and paid deposit $100 for water to turned on and my husband *** and our friend *** (witness) that Laura's maintenance name is Donny and he was the one who turned meter water on and has some damaged cracker on pipe and he said that he will speak with Laura about it and has been water flooding and hasnt get it fixed so I went to the office and asked Laura last Feb 26th 2020. Im deaf so I writing down and asked her why didnt fixed my water that her mainternance Donny damaged it and she wrote down and said that its was our side of meter damaged so I have to pay for plumbing..I writing down again told her no its was her maintenance Donny did it because I have witness and my husband *** was there saw and Laura ignored me and answer the calling and I asked her please fixed water and she just keeping ignored me and I went home and called plumbing name company All Dunn Plumber and I paid $80 to looking at it and they said its side of meter which is Laura's not our..then next day I called laura and told her and she said she will talk to her owner of popurty about it..Its has been 4 months since I moved in and has water flooding and I did called her many time she said will take care of it and Im not happy about it and made me paid water bills and paid $80 to Plumbing...I want the onwer of Sunnyvales Estates to know that Laura is not doing her well job and will not do anything with water damaged..Thank you!
