I am rejecting this response because: Although the "Pink Plant or something" was delivered, it was days late from the date that the website guaranteed when I placed the order onlineI called for days straight Sat/Sun/Mon and the line was "unable to accept messages at that time." I ordered Roses and some strange Pink plant arrived without any care instructions--it was not the roses that I ordered The woman that called my mother was rude and said that she tried to deliver all day Saturday--my mother was home all day Saturday and this is a lie When I finally spoke to Shelly, she said that the plant HAD been delivered on Saturday and that they do everything they can do ensure happy customers..."they even deliver to South Carolina!" HA! This business lies and cheats their paying customersDo not attempt to do business with this con-artistThey will not deliver what you order...if they deliver at all I would have been better off with Amazon flower delivery. In addition, there are zero positive online reviews for this so-called-business They say that they have been in business for years--there is no record of them onlineI suggested to woman that called me, that they should do some follwith customers to confirm satisfaction Had she done that, I would not be writing this complaint.
