RIC Nails

Review: When I went into this establishment to get a manicure the store owner was very rude, she was very sarcastic, and she even messed my nails up. She chipped them, didn't fully do the manicure properly with the gel overlay, and she cut my nails to low after telling her exactly how I wanted them. She proceeded to get upset and irate with me in front of other customers. That's was after one of the long time customers recommended to go to a different nail tech within this establishment. I also asked her was the product she was using strictly gel or was it acrylic. She showed me the container that had gel powder marked but in the middle of interrupting me and another customer talking she ended up saying that it was acrylic and that she had to place a gel top coat in order for it to have a shine. This is a lie. I've been to several different nail salons on and off of base and she wouldn't have to add the top coat if the powder was already gel. This business is terrible even the long time customer stated if it wasn't for just one employee in which she recommended to me she wouldn't still be going to this nail salon. I want a refund my nails are already chipping badly and it's only been 4 days. Before I left I showed the owner what she had did to my nails wrong and the only thing she would say was your nails were already broken off which was a lie.Desired Settlement: They did to do the job right. If she is a store owner she shouldn't act rudely towards her customers. Also I feel as tho this place needs to be closed. She is not a good business owner and she's only hanging on by one employee who does the best work in there. After going here i've asked a few of my counterparts about this establishment and needless to say they weren't pleased either. She actually called the police on one of my friends after messing up her nails as well and my friend refused to pay. I will never go to this nail salon again.
