Ricardo A. Alaniz, M.D., P.A.

I was a patient of dr alaniz. I was required to make advance/partial payment at each visit, although I had both medicare and [redacted] insurance. both insurance have paid, leaving a credit balance, due to my required payment. I have called their office 3 - 4 times asking that they reimburse me but still have not received the credit back, this has been ongoing since may this year. could you please help in this matter. since I only receive social security, I really need my money back.
