Ricart is not a lending institution so, in order to provide the customer answers, the information had to be submitted to a third-party If the customer was truly interested in purchasing this vehicle calculations mean nothing unless we submit to a third-party who would make decisions on financing Again, we do not finance vehicles We apologize for any frustration this may have caused and hope this helps explain our position

I called dealer on Thursday, August 14th around 4:pm to let them know that I am going to deposit the cashier check to their account and I was told that the car is still availableI was told by [redacted] that next day his team member will call me to arrange the pickup of the vehicleNext day on Friday, 15th I didn't receive any calls so I called myself and only then I was informed that the car was sold to somebody esle even that had my money already on their account the day beforeIn addition, I spoke to the lady in the accounting department, when I wanted to find out if they got the money, she told me that my name was on the deal and she doesn't understand why it was sold to somebody elseI was told as long as I pay for the car on Thursday, August 14th the car is mineAlso, today is Thursday, August 21st and I still haven't received my money backThey are lying here again I checked with Ohio Attorney Generals Office and they have complaints there

We certainly apologize for any frustration this matter may have caused the customer Two other vehicles with the same equipment just different colors were offered and declined by the customer These Ford F-Raptors are extremely hard to find We did receive a cashiers check, but was not found in our system until the unit was sold We were told the money would be wired directly into our account so funds could be verified immediately This is an out of state customer who was not at the dealership A cashiers check can have a stop payment placed on it We were told this customer also had a PUCO #, was tax exempt??? We had another customer looking at the same vehicle They were here in our show room and both parties signed the agreement and finalized the transaction for the vehicle the out of state customer inquired about We do not hold vehicles I also verified with our accounting office that our refund check cleared today At this time we feel this matter closed and hope you will understand our position

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meBut this is a last opportunity to the business for the resolutionIf they were unable to fix, I would expect a replacement of the car

The customer concern was reviewed by the management team It was found that the vehicle the customer was interested in was submitted to a third-party finance company They were unable to offer assistance If the customer would like to seek their own financing maybe through a credit union or personal banker we will be happy to work with them We truly apologize for any frustration this matter may have caused them That was not our intentions

I am rejecting this response because: The issue has been reoccurred so many times and every time Ricart will inspect and do some thing for the resolutionAfter giving attempts to resolve the same problem, I am not at all satisfied and for sure the issue will reoccur again after driving some periodAs suggested, I have approached a Firestone for a vehicle inspection and they have agreed that there is a vibration in the front wheels and recommended for wheel balancing Ricart has already done wheel balancing twice to resolve this and the issue reoccurred, So I don't think this problem has a resolutionAs well Ricart had already sent the car to an external service center [redacted] *for a resolution, and based on their instructions, all the four tires were replaced and still the problem persistsNow, I am worried a lot to drive this car, as I expect at a later stage, this could result in catastrophic failure Given these many number of attempts to resolve the issue on a certified car, I would like to have a replacement for the car with a similar price or more Kindly request Revdex.com, to make a deal in this regard with Ricart Properties Inc

We are confused with the notes the customer provided The dents on the roof and a scratch on the passenger door were all written up and addressed at the time of delivery No concerns were brought up at that time [redacted] would do the repairs we would be paying for it We offered a vehicle to drive and was declined When the vehicle was dropped off at [redacted] they offered a loaner and declined because the customer stated he would be out of town and wouldn't need it back until the beginning of this week It was completed yesterday I left a message for the customer to contact meWe truly apologize for any frustration this matter may have caused them

I reviewed the consumer request with the personnel involved and was informed a posting error entering information in to our computer system took place but was corrected within the hour after the communication with our sales staff. We appreciate them bringing this information to our
attention. We understand that the consumer’s communication has been all phone conversations and emails and they were not here at the dealership so we were able to explain what happened and why we are unable to offer this vehicle at that price. We hope they will understand our position and apologize for any miscommunication that may have taken place

The complaint I have submitted earlier regarding my vehicle, I still have a problem with the vehicleNow the wheels vibrate and causing vibration through out the vehicleI drove for two days for a long trip and my whole family got very tired just after riding one way for hoursAnd as well I hear a wobbling noise in the wheelsI don't think the dealer (Ricart Properties Inc) will be able to fix the root cause of the issues that I have been reporting so farI have given opportunities to Ricart to get this fixedI am totally frustrated with the issue, and that too with the trust of buying a certified car.
Kindly request you to reopen the complaint and help me in this regard to get this vehicle replaced with another one of similar price or more.

We have had many discussions with the customer about this 2014 Ford Raptor.  This customer from out of state negotiating over the phone and another customer were interested in this vehicle at this same time.  Two different sales associates were working on this.  This...

customer’s funds were received the day after the other customer paid for the unit here at our dealership.  
We offered this customer the same unit but in Black or Red and they declined.  They are wanting White.  We have that color but with more equipment and more cost involved.  They declined that offer.  Ford is not making the Raptor in 2015 so this is the last model year for these builds.
[redacted] did speak with the customer and his colleague about this matter.  We also refunded their money and should be in their possession now.
We are very sorry we were unable to come to a mutual agreement and apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

I'm contacting you this morning to inform you that I will no longer be pursuing the requested resolution on claim# [redacted]  The complaint involved an advertised price of a vehicle being sold by Ricart Ford in Columbus, OH that this dealership would not honor on 7/18/14 when I called to purchase the truck.  The resolution I was seeking was to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price; however, I have purchased a different vehicle and am no longer looking to buy listing# [redacted] from Ricart Ford.  Although I will not be pursuing this claim further, I am confident that your organization will take necessary actions to assist other consumers to avoid such "deceptive and unfair" advertisements from this dealership as defined in Ohio's law 109:4-3-16 regarding Advertisement and Sale of Motor Vehicles.  Your time is very much appreciated, and I thank you for your assistance with this situation. Keep up the great work!
