I disagree with this because there was nothing in the roadI physically watched this piece of cardboard fly off of their truck and hit mineUnfortunately, I was surrounded by other vehicles and could not move without damaging more vehicles and or my myself even furtherI want them to take responsibly and ownership over what they didThere is not a ton of damage but there is enough that makes it costly for me to repair when it isn't my fault

Business, (James) states that the do not haul cardboard, they haul stone and gravel.  If there was anything lose which was doubtful because the truck is check before leaving to go out on road.  And if he is stating that it was on West Taft road, then the truck was coming back from already...

dumping his load and nothing could have been in the truck.  There might have already been something on the road and when the truck went by it could have flew up and hit his truck.  But we are not liable for this incident.
