mattress  was a floor model as well as the bedroom, myself and [redacted] asked them not to buy it , they insisted on lowering the price and they really needed it that day . Out of the goodness of my heart we lowered all prices and immediately prepared it for pick up . the sale was paid we all agreed and he was to return in one hour to pick up his merchandize.  we changed our schedule and catered to them ! later that day he called that he could not pick it up  and asked us to deliver. [redacted] told him we do not deliver on Sunday . Sunday Morning he continued to call us . I told him I did not have any staff to delivery , he begged and said he would help.  I was told he moved it and had a light scratch  on the bottom.  I repaired it .  He called screaming and yelling and was using the [redacted] word.  I said I would give him $100 more off and for him to pick it up.  He demanded $300 off. I told him I could not do that.  at this point I wish to get the bed frame back , charge him a restock fee on the bed frame of $ 124.75 as per our signed agreement . he can keep the mattress since it is now used. he paid $1,481.95.   on return of the queen bed we will refund $ -275 , tax $ 19.25 restocking $ 124.75  total refund $ 1,062.  or they  can pick up the other furniture pieces and I will refund him $150 .

I wanted to update the Revdex.com and let you know, that now 100% of the cabinets are in. Once we receive payment from [redacted] we will deliver them.
