W e always strive to give our customers the best customer service and installation.However, problems occurred that were beyond our control with the product.The Manufacturer told us they had non soft close draws That is the way it was sold to our customer, since it is based on information provided to usTwo times the manufacturer sent us soft close draws in error.In holding to our good customer relations, we agreed to take back the cabinets the day of delivery, for a full refund [redacted] was the one who refused to let us take back the cabinets We have emailed and talked to him on the phone and told him we would refund him if he let us take back the cabinets and we still hold to our agreement to do so.Any Questions or concerns please contact us [redacted] All Home Remodelers

We went to her home the next morning after she called us We noted the inside damage as assembly damage from the manufacturer As per the pictures she sent us the damage is in the (inside) sides of the cabinets and the (insides) front Areas that we do not use during installation We bolt the back of the cabinets to the wall However, as noted before we ordered the material from the manufacturer as we promised, to take care of her issues We spoke with *** *** and told her we would take care of her by Ordering and received parts needed We also had a scheduled date for when she came back from vacationShe called 7-21-told us she does not want us back in her house and hung up the phone We strive to be the best at customer service and really don't have a way to rectify this without her help

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm responding back to complaint #[redacted] that was closed. I totally disagree 100% with the claim that the cabinets were a manufactured defect. Also that I waited 3-weeks to make a complaint. After full kitchen installation on...

6/7/17, I contacted Kay M[redacted] the morning of 6/8/17 (see attached text phone messages) to explain after cleaning the cabinets to put items away I became aware of the damages.. Also the cabinets doors on one of the cabinets are un-even, which is clearly not a manufactured defect (this complaint was made later upon further inspection). I believe that prior to the installation and the delivery to my home if the defects were truly a manufactured defects then they should have been found at All Home Remoldelers Location upon inspection from by All Home Remodelers and replacement should have been done at that time with the manufacture before installing what The company (All Home Remodelers) claims to be "defective merchandise". I find it hard to believe that you are using an outside company to furnish your company with cabinetry and do not inspect the items prior to bringing them to a customer since your company is being represented. not the manufacture. As clearly shown on pictures I submitted the wood is damaged and these appears to be from over screwing of the nails in the cabinets, and holes all throughout and also the nails coming through the inside of the cabinets are from your installation as well and are a hazard for anyone that comes in contact with that area because they are very sharp and sticking out. This clearly isn't a manufactured defect. As with any company reputation is everything and I in-trusted my home, my family to a company that  I thought I could trust. I paid in full for a kitchen that is still damaged and that has yet to be completed (doors to a lazy suzan dropped off and never put on). Lastly, as stated the damages to these cabinets are from installation.I  thank you in advance,
