My wife went to [redacted] store came out car would not This was on dec I called my son in law he drove over and tried To get it starts with jumping cables he assumed the battery was bad car would not start Later called towing coWhich was Ricci's Towing talked to Joe R***' which is the owner explained the situation asked Ricci to tow the car to dealer or some one who had expierence on [redacted] he stated that he had a mechanic that could fix it I asked if he was qualified to work On the car he said yes I agreed Car was towed to his location to work on it The next day I received a phone call and was told the motor was frozen or seized the motor would not turn over, I went over to his place and talked the mechanic he showed me the starter that he removed and showed me that it was ok Than told me I would need a new motor told him to put all the parts back on the motor And have the car towed to [redacted] Dealer,were there they found a broken part they broke

I took my *** *** to Rico's Auto Body on 10/5/to have a hood,front bumper and one head lite replaced or repaired.They kept the car for and a half months and charged me thousand dollars for the workIt should not have taken two and a half months shoe repair those three thingsThen at one point the owner of the company said to me I'm only going to make $off of you so get your car off of my lot and you owe me $1,in storage fees for your car being here that longI've never been in an accident before so I believe he took advantage of me and thought that he could make a quick couple thousand dollars off of meThe work should have only taken approximately one week but the owner cat in my car for two and a half months and he tried to charge me storage fees which we agreed that he would not charge me storage fees As Long As I Got the work done at his shop which is riccis Auto Body I believe he committed insurance fraud and I am currently trying to get a print out
