Ricci's Home Improvement

Had a really great experience with Ricci's Home Improvement. We had a flood in our house and Michael was the first person to respond. I talked to him the day the flood happened and the next day he came out with a crew to start repairs. He ripped up all of the soaked flooring and dry wall right out to make sure no more damage would be done to all of our belongings. He also had our belongings moved into a storage unit and when completed he moved everything back in. He also was vey helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance claim. He sent out photo's on our behalf, spoke to the rep (who was not giving us the best deal, but Michael was able to get it for us), and got us a decent quote. Every question we had was answered very efficiently and in a timely manner. He did everything he could to make it the most painless and efficient experience it could be. The crew worked to the best of their capabilities, especially with this pandemic going on. His showroom was also very nice and there where a lot of options to choose from. At the end of the repairs Michael made sure to do final walk throughs to make sure that we were happy with the outcome. Will definitely be using Ricci's Home Improvement again with any future repairs or projects.

I am rejecting this response because:
The job as stated, is not completed.  Grab bars not installed and kitchen ceiling is still not painted.  I feel the job is far from perfect.  Mike R[redacted] agreed to come out yesterday to measure for the grab bar and the plumber was coming to paint the kitchen ceiling.  I was to have my son in law there as he has extensive carpentry experience. I am a 100% disabled Korean war vet and unable to hear much of anything.  Mike R[redacted] showed up measured for the grab bar we got into a discussion about other problems I found Mike left in a huff before my son in law got here.  My son in law on the heavy side got into the shower stall and the floor creaked and shifted.  [redacted] my son in law stated the shower floor pan was installed without any filler being used between the ribbing on the underside of the floor pan. To not provide a filler leaves the strength of the floor pan dependent upon the floor pan ribbing only which is not sufficient to support a healthy adult.  This is now the case my daughter and [redacted] no longer able to stay with me.The top of the side panels need to be aligned to be even/level with the top of the rear panel and for the side panels to butt up tightly against the corresponding part of the rear panel  leaving a zero gap at the seam adjoining the side and rear panels.  It was suggested if [redacted] are too busy to address these issues I should hire a qualified outside contractor have the project completed to my satisfaction, and have [redacted] pay the bill.
