the store in Bridgeville pa is a displeasure,I go there times a week to get ice coffee and 2 muffins and a yougart for work the guy a the drive threw window should get a new job if he dose not like it he is rude ,the last time I was there was this week he got mad because he ran out of syrup and had to refill it and slamed the drink on the counter,then the second day I went he handed me my drink I said thank you and he said right and shut the window lisa vezzi 121 blythe rd morgan pa 15064 if you have any other questions

I just visited the Brentwood McDonalds and had the worst experience there. I was in drive thru and placed my order at 6 pm. There were four cars in front of me. I finally pulled up to a window to pay at 6:25 pm. After waiting for 5 minutes the server asked what I had ordered and I told him what it was. I was then asked to pull forward and wait. When the gentleman came out he only had part of my order. I finally had all of my food at 6:40 pm. I used to work at this McDonalds and would be ashamed to make any customer wait 45 minutes for food.

The McDonald's at 5261 Library Road in Bethel Park is horrible. Today I had the displeasure to speaking to the supposed manager identified at Michelle. She was not only rude but confrontational. We were served our food except the iced coffee was not on the tray when I asked where it was the server gave me a blank look. After several minutes I asked another employee who identified herself as one of two managers and was told they were making the coffee now even though we had been served our food seven minutes prior and the food was getting cold. Normally the coffee is served before the food is done. But actually they has just then started making the coffee. After five more minutes I asked another employee apparently the second manager where the coffee was. She said it takes time to make the iced coffee and it was only two minutes since we made our order actually it was more than twelve since we were served the food and that she could tell because of timers we were not aware of. I asked her for her name and told her that the corporation should be told of her confrontational attitude. I was then told so what and that there were many who saw who was the "real problem" We then got the iced coffee but with no ice. Needless to say we got cold food and coffee fit for the garbage. Stay away from this place since all the employees want to do is hide behind the coffee corner and talk. Here they seem to think nothing of customer satisfaction.

I go to the Mt. Oliver, PA McDonald's every morning for the past 5 years, recently there have been a lot of employee changes, but, they are terrible. What used to be a well oiled machine is now a disaster. They are never prepared for the morning crowd, nothing is ready and you are almost always guaranteed a wait, once they pull you forward they forget your waiting, generally its a 10 minute wait. They are always out of things, oatmeal, fruit & yogurt, diet coke, etc., the new morning employees are never courteous, never a thank you or a your welcome. Monday morning as I came through, the employee at the order window was hanging out the window smoking a cigarette, not really appropriate behavior in my opinion. Whomever decided to make all the staff changes should be fired, it is really horrible. The store went from excellent service to horrible service in a matter of a month. The smoking out the drive through window was the icing on the cake. Just thought that corporate would want to know the bad image this store in giving you.

I go thru the drive thru every day in the early AM. Sometimes it is open sometimes not, because the crew did not show up. They were closed 2x this week alone and it is only Wednesday. Why do they keep hiring the same people over and over and then the fire them over and over. Is there not a policy on file about not showing up for you job? And why are the rehiring these people? The same people show up everyday, are the ones that due all the work and are called in early, some of them have been working up, to 12&14 hour shifts. I think there is a management problem if the help is not staying, and it says a lot about the as managers for their hiring practices. I was in management with McDonald"s from the late 70's to the late 80's and have never seen anything like this. Someone needs to maybe retrain their managers and maybe look into their hiring practices at this location. Maybe they are hiring just to have bodies, but that doesn't seem to work. Maybe look at who is training the crew, because it sure isn't working at this McDonald's. I have waited up to 20 minutes for my order, I would have left but had cars in front and in back of me. And this has happened quite a few times. on Fridays they only have one window open, because they don't put another crew on on Friday mornings.
Some changes need to be done soon.

Re: McDonalds on Rte 88 near South Park. Went to drive-thru window this evening. Two staff members were rude and disrespectful. One was on her phone texting and ignoring cars at the window. When I brought it to her attention she looked up and said with a laugh “shut up”. I then quietly asked another staff member who the on-duty manager was and she shrugged her shoulders, said “I don’t know”, and walked away from the window. I was totally shocked with this behavior. This is beyond unacceptable service!

waited in drive thru for 17 minutes! only one person working both windows! this is the worst mcdonalds anywhere I have traveled. Food is always cold and 80% of the time order is incorrect. So disgusted with this place I think owners need to make some changes immediately!

Review: I am a regular customer at mcdonalds and I always order the same thing due to health reasons. I always get the medium unsalted fries and the medium no whip chocolate chip frappe. However yesterday Jan 18th at 4:45 pm, I parked my car to go in to the counter and the gentleman who waited on me name [redacted] asked how I was doing and took my order. It was fine but when I got my drink it was not the chocolate chip frappe it was the moche frappe when I asked him if he put the chips in he said he did. However another manager told him he made the mocha not the chocolate chip frappe. He angrily threw the drink out and re made it because I was waiting for it. As for my unsalted fries he gave me salted ones. I did not realize it till I got to my car. When I noticed it, I called the store and spoke to the manager [redacted] who told me he would speak with [redacted] and asked me to come back and refund me my money for the inconvenience, but when I returned that same night, [redacted] once again told me he would give me unsalted fries and I asked to speak with [redacted], he first said he was in the office and instead of letting me speak to him, he said there is no [redacted] there and I called the wrong number. I don't like being jerked around. When I left irritated he yelled at me "haha" you little... in front of guests. I don't like being lied to and this is disrespectful.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and to speak with the general manager regarding his demeanor and attitude.
