I received a call from Rice King President saying you are trying to contact me in regards to your purchase at
Rice King on March 17, 2014 at 12:00pm. I have been...

calling leaving you messages from 3/17/14 until now
and I have not gotten any response back. I would like to get some information in regards to your purchase
What location did you purchase your 3 item combo?? Was it San Marcos business park or Carlsbad islands?? 
Did you eat inside the restuarant or outdoor food court?? Theres a big difference in where you purchased your
food because my store is in Carlsbad closer to beach not San Marcos. And the price you mentioned in your letter
was $11.00 that you were charged . My price us $7.35+ tax is 7.94 along with a free fountain drink.   You also
mentioned in your letter that there was a sign outside the door stating fresh oriental food we dont have a
sign saying that in our store. My concern is that if you had a problem with your food you shouldve came
imediately back to the store.  I wouldve prepared a new one or given your money back. Sorry for any

Review: I purchased a meal from this location at approximately 12pm on 3/17/2014 and I was MORTIFIED by my experience. I took three bites and immediately lost my appetite. My food was overcooked, and was COLD! The food I purchased was NOT fresh and made me sick shortly after leaving the restaurant. I tried contacting the owner and there wasn't a direct way to contact them, which was disappointing. I tried emailing the organization for that franchise and I only received some automated response and STILL have not been contacted to discuss refunding my money AND fixing the underlying issue of NOT selling COLD food that is supposed to be FRESH and HOT. Especially when it says "FRESH Oriental Food" on the DOOR!Desired Settlement: I would request only what I paid for my meal. Also, that the owner STOP selling such disgusting reheated, or old food.
