Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It was never my intention to blindside you with a formal complaintHowever, after my conversation with your office on the date of the installation I felt I had no other recourseSurely you can understand that I felt blindsided as well when I was asked to pay $over the price I had been quotedThat might not be much to a lot of people, but to a single female on an educator's salary it is a big deal to me.I understand that mistakes can happen and prices can be misquotedIt is not my intention to place blame on the person I originally spoke toI also understand that you have been on vacation and you say that you would have made this right if you had been there or I had waited, but you are back now and you know about the situation and you still have not made this right.All I am asking to settle this matter is that I am refunded the amount I paid over what I was quotedAn honest business should stand by the prices that they give their customersI would have made a different choice if I had known the accurate pricing, but I was not given that opportunity Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to the letter I received on July 7, from the Revdex.com concerning a complaint that was filed against my company Rice Plumbing, Inc, on June 22, I was on vacation overseas from 6/16/- 7/1/I did not check e-mails while I was gone, so did not see any correspondence from the Revdex.com until I returnedI called Mrs [redacted] 7/8, 7/and 7/and never received a call backWe have been I business and a member of Revdex.com for years and have never had a complaint filed against usWe pride ourselves in taking care of our customersWe are always honest and up front about our costs, we would never intentionally mislead a customer on pricingMy receptionist who is somewhat new to the company misquoted the price of the water closetI would have gladly worked something out with her if she would have just given me a chance when I returned home.Thank you, [redacted] ***PresidentRice Plumbing, Inc[redacted] Office [redacted] Fax
