Mr*** purchased a new Kubota ZDzero turn lawn mower in the fall of Since his new purchase we have had the mower in our service shop for repairsWe have full documentation of the issues that he has had with this mower as well as the work that we have preformed to correct the IssuesOn
this last occasion stemming back to the summer of we have had his mower In our shop and have been unable to diagnose and therefore correct the problem with the mower, We have had multiple service techs and our service director inspect and test this mower over the course of the summerWe have contacted the manufacturer service representative of the mower and been working hand in hand with him on this issue and are still to*** awaiting a final solution from Kubota (the manufacturer)We are trying to determine If Kubota will solve this problem with new parts and/or a whole new engine, in the mean time Mr*** has had no out at pocket expenses for these repairs and parts, as well as he has been provided with a free Zero turn mower to use on every occasion that his mower has been In our shopWe are just as frustrated as he Is with not being able to get his mower back to him in excellent working condition to provide him with the customer satisfaction he deserves but we knowIwe have done everything that we can from a dealership standpoint to try and make right for this unfortunate Incident that has occurredWe are confident that once we get a decision from Kubota, whether It be repair or replace his engine or a whole new mower that Mr*** will be once again a happy and satisfied Kubota owner and Ricer Equipment customerAll documents are on file and can be provided if needed or requestedThank you,

[redacted] I do not accept this response as the company them selves said they cannot fix my mower. I had corporate call me and tell me they were suppose to put a new motor in it and the company denied putting it in. Also I asked Riser to let me trade the mower in and I was told from them they would not allow me to trade it in when they do not know how to fix it. I want this company to give me a new mower! Yes they let me use an old mower during the summer but it wouldn't mow right plus why am I still paying $200 a month on something they cannot fix as stated by the company. I want them to give me a new mower or let me out of my contract and back pay me for the mower since I was never able to use it. As it was in the shop 4 times since I had it. This is unacceptable!!! On 11-04-2015 the northern division service rep from Kubota, [redacted], came to our dealership as requested by our service director.  He was again brought up to speed on the situation with Mr. [redacted]'s mover.   After spending the better part of the [redacted] speaking our our mechanics, running tests and operating this mower himself, Doug said that this mower is operating to Kubota's standards.  We have all the work performed on this mower filed for warranty and are awaiting approval from Kubota.  Again, this is at no charge to Mr. [redacted] as well as the new mower that Mr. [redacted] has been provided with while his has been in our shop.  Now that Kubota has signed off on the satisfactory condition of Mr. [redacted]'s mower we will be returning it to him and picking up our mower we have supplied him with for use.  As this time, Mr. [redacted] can decide whether he wants to keep his mower, trade it in, or sell it out right himself.  Kubota does not offer a "buy back" or return program on his mower however and will not reimburse any payments that have been made since Mr. [redacted]'s original purchase.  It is unfortunate that Mr. has had his mower in our shop for repairs however Rice Equipment has went above and beyond all that we can do as a dealership to try and maintain a positive customer relationship with Mr. [redacted].(Original copy attached)
