I am a victim of online scam caused by Rich and Happy LLC and their operating website www.expressfromus.com .They are registered shipping agents that work in USA and help buyers from the rest of the world to process purchases made in USA and help deliver to customers from other countries . They offer their warehouse address and customers from all over the world order items in USA and deliver to the warehouse belonging to EXPRESSFROMUS. I have a client account on www.expressfromus.com and I bought expensive watch on Amazon ( 2000 usd) but wanted to return it back because I changed my mind. I contacted EXPRESSFROMUS us with request to "return my product/ purchase" to Amazon. Fortunately, Amazon does everything for the convenience of buyers and makes the return procedure as simple as possible. Just print the return label and you don't even have to pay to send it back. You can simply take the parcel to the nearest Amazon return point/hub (500 meters from the EXPRESSFROMUS warehouse), or the UPS courier will come the next day and pick up your order and return it to Amazon for free.
However, EXPRESSFROMUS employees categorically refused to make a return and were ignoring my requests to print the label from amazon and return my purchase. After two weeks of waiting for actions from expressfromus, I began to worry that it looks like fraud , scam and cheating and that I would never get neither watch nor a refund . I started writing reviews and complaints about the company, and they replied to me that the watch will stay at their disposal and will be donated to support starving children. How come they have a right to use other people items? I need my property back and I did not give permission to use it to expressfromus. Otherwise I need 2000 compensation for this fraud!

I myself ran into a problem when this company stole my purchase worth of 2000 usd. SCAMMERS!

In my case, everything turned out to be much more complicated. EXPRESSFROMUS employees categorically refused to make a return. They began to demand a prepaid stamp. I can't get a stamp anywhere. And it is not needed, because amazon return label clearly says: postage not required and UPS courier can come to EXPRESSFROMUS warehouse the next business day and pick it up from them.

After two weeks of waiting for actions from expressfromus, I began to worry that it looks like fraud , scam and cheating and that I would not get neither watch nor a refund . I started writing reviews and complaints about the company, and they replied to me that the watch would be donated to support starving children. Is it okay? How do you like that? At the same time on the EXPRESSFROMUS page it says that they guarantee the safety of customers' purchases . How can they dispose of my personal property? What fund generally?

But this very foundation and its founders Snezhana Bogagin and her husband, apparently, are in dire need of material support and are not shy about anything.
