Review: I ordered a specific cell phone case for an [redacted] 4s... They sent a totally different one and for a totally different phone. I've tried calling, emailing, posting on their page, writing a msg on their fb, just so it could be cleared up and exchanged. They have yet to respond and there is a 14 day period for you to make returns (which they have to approve)Desired Settlement: I would like either the right case sent to me in a timely fashion or my money refunded!

Review: I purchased an $purse from RCJ on March 12th, after days passed and I had not received the item I followed the [redacted] account information suggested to contact via text inquiring about the location of my itemIt took days to get a response there was no apology just a note that there was a delayOn April 4, I received the item damaged it was packaged in the poorest shipping supplies I've ever seen in my life! I then notified the same number via text with a photo of the item on April 4th and again the 5th I was responded to on the 6th of April with still no apology just giving me instructions to email with my order number photo and that everything would be worked outI emailed on April and was responded to April 11th with the company's mailing address still no apology I then sent a text April 13th stating that I had followed the instructions and had yet to receive a responseApril 15th I sent the item back I had no idea that she'd go and file a claim upon receipt of the damaged item with the USPS and according to [redacted] from the USPS claims department and she notified me that [redacted] received $in claims from the item on April I have received NOTHING! A woman by the name of [redacted][redacted] has contacted me several times via phone to speak with me in regard to this matter for [redacted] and promised me a new purse a free gift along with my refund for shipping the item backApril I got an email that my item had shipped NO FREE GIFT OR SHIPPING MONEY today May 5th I get a text that upon cancellation of the order I'd get my money back how can you cancel an order that shipped over days ago and was 2-priority mail?
