Review: I spoke with a Rich Dad employee over the phone who told me that the Quick Start Program would teach me how to pick my first investments. I asked if I would be able to navigate the stock market and/or the real estate industry after the training, as these are common investment vehicles, and I was told that yes, I would understand these things. I was also told that there was a 30 day money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. After no more than 48 hours of having received access to the program, I realized it was not what I needed (for example - most of it was about fixing a poor financial situation before starting to invest, and I am not in a poor financial situation). There was hardly any information about actually investing. I have since called and e-mailed numerous times requesting that my first payment of $55.00 be refunded and that the remaining 3 payments do not get charged. I am continuously told that they are currently too busy and that they will submit my request and call me back later. It's been a week, and I have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: Refund the 1st payment of $55.00 and do NOT charge the remaining 3 payments.

Rich Dad has started to send spam mails as well as sexually explicit mail. Screenshot of mail on [redacted] and a mail to Customer Care has been sent; Still no response and no stoppage of spam / sexually explicit mail.
Its terrible to see even Robert K[redacted], founder of this company, not responding to my disapproval on [redacted].
