In response to a complaint filed on 9/19/Mr.***, he was concerned that Rich Ford had not responded to repairs that needed to be done to his truckIn talking with Mr*** I apologized for not following up with him and then ask him to bring his truck in so we could take care of his
concerns On Wednesday 9/21/Mr.*** brought the truck to Rich Ford to have the repairs done,on 9/24/I called Mr*** to inform him that his truck was finishedOn Sunday 9/29/Mr.*** picked up his truck, he was very thankful for the repairs that had been done he also stated he really liked his truck just need someone from Rich Ford to respond to his needsI feel this matter has been resolved with the customer best interest at hand
