Regarding this compliant, first I would like to say the phone number listed in the complaint is not a working numberI have emailed the customer several times with no responseThe homeowner states that my employee is an illegal immigrant, this is not trueOur employee *** was born in Puerto Rico and has been in this country for yearsIt is true that his english is not the best but that does not make him an illegal immigrantThe customer says he's been calling *** to come back because of a leakOur employees have work phones that are limited to out going and incoming business calls only and are not linked up to voice mail, these phones are only used to call customers when we are in route or running lateAll of our paperwork has the office phone number for our customers to callIf there is a leak we have no problem resolving it however we have had no response when we email and the phone number is disconnected

I called Rich & John's for a chimney/stove cleaning at my residence in Southbury I called and left a message and they called me back the same day Two guys came out to do the cleaning who were very courteous, informative and didn't leave a mess I am happy with the service provided and the price

Rich & John 's Chimney Service is the best service provider and I would not use anyone else I've used other companies yet their jobs were below satisfactoryEven though *** is quite a distance from *** I feel confident in their ability to clean our chimney & answer questionsI'm going to use them for as long as I live in ***Thanks , Guys for a great service and making me feel safeSue , *** * ***
