I called Rich & John's for a chimney/stove cleaning at my residence in Southbury. I called and left a message and they called me back the same day. Two guys came out to do the cleaning who were very courteous, informative and didn't leave a mess. I am happy with the service provided and the price.

Rich & John 's Chimney Service is the best service provider and I would not use anyone else. I've used other companies yet their jobs were below satisfactory.
Even though [redacted] is quite a distance from [redacted] I feel confident in their ability to clean our chimney & answer questions.
