I have already fully responded to the complaintI personally hand out the parking passes and keep records of who receives the passes. She is not being truthful about receiving the passes

Attached is the lease It indicates that a city lot parking pass was to be provided to the tenant The lease started in May of and parking passes were provide throughout the lease until the I received an email in March of indicating that the tenant did not need a parking pass
If the passes were returned I would have stopped delivering them and stopped charging the tenant But the passes were never returned to us It is not fair for the tenant to not pay for parking passes that were required by the lease, delivered to the suite and never returned to the landlord If they were returned we could have sold them to other tenants Why did the tenant never return the passes if they were unwanted? She had a roommate Maybe he used them, gave them to friends or sold them No additional refund of the security deposit is due because the proper sum was deducted to pay the delinquent amount due the landlord If you need further information please let me know

The letter I sent to the tenant is attached hereto. The pictures I took are attached hereto. He nearly destroyed the apartment. He certainly destroyed the kitchen. He painted the countertop, floors and walls with a red stain that will not wash off. He never cleaned
the apartment before leaving. It was disgusting. Now that I look at the letter I should have charged twice as much for the cleaning. Just look at the stove he left!!! I really cannot believe this guy is complaining

Wouldn't me not forwarding money tell him I did not want the pass? Why is he saying he continued to give me passes after I made it clear I did not want them by not forwarding money?His letter very clearly states money needs to be forwarded before he will give any passesSince I did not forward money, why is he saying he gave me passes? I did not receive any passes and this shouldn't even be an issue in question since his letter states he will deliver passes once the money is receivedIf he never received money from me why is he saying he delivered passes?I did not receive any parking passes during my time at the apartmentHe is also charging me for parking passes for the entire duration of my lease when I was by even occupying the unit during the first month of my lease do to an oversight by managementThey placed me in a temporary unit two buildings away with FREE parking with every unit to compensate me since my apartment was not yet vacantHow am I being charged for a years worth of parking passes I did not request and did not receive including a month where I did not occupy the apartment and was in another unit with free parking? I would like more assistance in the resolution of this issue.Thank you,*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This gentlemen has provided now provided selected pictures which in my mind do not show the need to repaint the entire kitchen at $350 nor does he show any pictures that show why the countertop should be replaced at my cost at $400.  Further, in spite of my written requests, he has not provided any invoices for said charges.  I've received no invoices documenting any of these costs.  I have reviewed Rich Management's response - it has taken two months and the need to go through the Revdex.com to get it.  I reject this gentlemen's assertions, please note, he has charged $400 for a countertop yet he only provides one picture of the countertop showing what he says are stains from paint.  He does not show an entire picture of the countertop which is already disgusting and destroyed nor does he respond to the fact that his own mother provided a discount in rent in lieu of changing the countertop at move-in.  It seems convenient that he was able to manufacture a reason to pass the cost of replacing the countertop on to me.Further, his charge for priming/paint is questionable - I lived in the apartment for over a year and during this time, water regularly ran into the apartment causing staining and other disgust.  There's no way the apartment would not needed to have been painted for a new tenant.  He has taken my entire deposit and has only provided pictures of a dirty stove and refrigerator and stains on the floor that were present when I moved in.  Again, the countertop was to be replaced and I reject any charges as far as this is concerned.I would like to the general public to know that the apartments being provided by Rich Management are in extremely poor condition, are infested with rats, have water leakage during winter/spring, that the management is dishonest, to obtain all things in writing between them as the verbal word of management Linda and Jonathan R[redacted] are worthless and not to be trusted and that should you choose to do business with them, that you should not expect to have ANY portion of your deposit returned nor any timely communication regarding why. To recover any portion of my security it appears I must proceed with litigation and to file a complaint with the attorney general's office.  I would like the Revdex.com continued assistance in obtaining the information I have requested, invoices, pictures of the countertop, etc.  I would further like all complaints to made public so that potential renters are aware and stay away.
