Although I am happy that the service fee is being waived, from their response, it is clear they are not apologetic about the fact that they misdiagnosed the sump pump issueI initially called and spoke to someone from the company about the issueIt wasn't a matter of a few weeks between the time that I called ***'s plumbing and another company afterwardsIt was a matter of a few DAYS - actually maybe about hoursWhen I spoke to the person over the phone from ***'s plumbing, they were aware that the first person misdiagnosed the issue and that they apologetic at that point but were unwilling to waive the feeTHAT is my complaintThey KNEW that they misdiagnosed the sump pump and they STILL refused to waive the service feeAll they said they would do is speak to the person that came out and make sure he was aware he had not done a thorough jobI'm sorry but that is not satisfactory enoughAs I said before, my basement flooded and could have flooded again if I had just allowed their assessment to standAll the initial person from ***'s plumbing that they sent out did was ask me what kind of sound the sump pump madeI AND my neighbor friend stood there while he did nothing but ask us questionsI would like a better response either via email through Revdex.com or via phoneThe fee has been waived so thank you but I would like a tone that is more apologetic, not blaming me
