I took my vehicle to world hifi to have a speaker system installed (twelve and an amp) my cd player was working when I got thereIt would SOMETINES short out when hit a bump but always came right back onAfter hours of them installing my speakers they came back and told me I needed a new radio that the one I have won't cut onThe guy told me times it was on when he pulled in the garage but would no longer power on I was told the installation would take no more than an hour and a half (I verified bf I agreed bc I had to get to work) now pushed for time I decided to go ahead with the new cd player so I could verify the speakers and amp I had just purchased from them was workingHe sold me a new cd player (now 700$ I spent this day) hooked it up and I leftI got a little ways down the road and realized my dash was crackedI immediately called and told the sales managerI also emailed pictures The sales manager told me if the guy done it he would have to pay out of pocket to replace the damageThis was on ThursdayNothing had been done so come Sunday I found the manager / owner online and emailed himMonday I received a call from the sales manager asking me to bring truck by the following day for the installer,*** to look at itI did as asked at the designated time we decided on and *** wasn't thereThe sales manager again took pictures in addition to the ones I had already sent and said *** would call me*** called later in the day and said he didn't do that bc he has the same dash in his truckI assured him it wasnt cracked bf I took it to world hifiI brought up the cd player again he said it was working but cut off and back on when he drove it into the garageWorld hifi are the most unprofessional people I have done business with in a long timeI spent $at their business to be left with a broken cd player and cracked dashThey do not care about their customers as long as they have money in their hand!
