Review: I paid in full, $375, for a cover for our jacuzzi to Rich Stone Spa Service on April 30th, 2013. The check was cashed on May 1st. (I have a receipt and a copy of the check.) I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery. I called one week ago and spoke with Rich Stone, and he said he had ordered the cover. However, since it has been more than three weeks now, I tried to call the business again today; when I asked for Rich Stone, the man who answered said he had died and he hung up. I have tried to call and have left messages, but no one is responding. At this time, I am out $375 and I have no jacuzzi cover, and the business is not responding to my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would be happy to get the jacuzzi cover that I ordered and paid for, and if not that, then I expect a full refund of $375.
