I am rejecting this response because:This is in response to the letter that you receive from Rich automotiveI have contacted the businesses that Rich talked aboutThe business that he ordered the Supercharger Upgrade kit from told me they have returned all the money they were givenHe also told me that there would not be any separate injectors needed because all that was in the kitI also have called all the companies that Rich said he ordered the exhaust kit fromNot only did none of them have any record of this transaction they also told me that it would never take two months and that these are premade for these cars not special orderedI am trying to be patient and get this resolved without going to court but the inconsistencies and and months that has gone buy is making it difficultI just need to know if he has any interest in resolving this between usI have yet to receive any invoices on these orders or proof of what he has claimedAgain I would like to resolve this without going to court

Mr*** *** came by our shop to talk about adding 100-more horsepower to his ZlCamaroHe wanted a full exhaust system and more boost to his super chargerWe found a kit from our exhaust supplier that could order it in directly from the Magna Flow factory The super charger
upgrade kit was ordered from Phastek Performance, which was purchased from Lingenfelter Performance.Our automotive repair shop does not buy in a large enough quantity to buy directly from the factoriesWe make smaller purchases through the wholesalers We explained to Mr*** that the super charger and the exhaust kits would both take - weeks to build, and all kits for this car are build to order onlyThe exhaust kit took weeks to arrive, and Phastek Performance let me know that Lingenfelter had some of the parts on back order, and would not be expecting them to arrive for another couple of weeks.Mr*** called and talked to *** on Nov.10, 2016, inquiring about the holdup *** called the exhaust wholesaler, and was told that the kit was shipped over a week ago *** then called Phastek and was informed that they are still waiting for a couple of parts to complete the kitThe very next day, I called Mr*** and happily told him that his exhaust kit parts had finally arrived, and we could begin the work on his vehicle.Mr*** called on Dec8, 2016, to inquire as to the progress on the super charger upgrade kit We explained that we only had the injectors, and were still waiting on the super charger kit He then stated he would like me to refund all of the money used to purchase the kits necessary to complete the work he requested on his Camaro *** explained that he would call the wholesalers and see if they would be willing to credit the exhaust kit that had already been received, and possibly stop the customizations on the parts that we had not yet received.Another weeks went by, and then Phastek Performance returned our calls, and told us they would be willing to credit back the amount for the parts of the kit we had already received, with exception to the injectors that we already received.An employee at the exhaust warehouse said that we would have to mail the kit back to the factory to possibly receive credit, less the $plus shipping cost The Magna Flow factory told the wholesaler that they had built that exhaust kit for that ZlCamaroOnce built for a specific vehicle, it could not be returned The wholesaler is stuck with it, unless another buyer can be found As of April 10, the kit is not sold.We do not return money for special orders As of today, I have not received any credit for the money we already paid out for these kits

I am rejecting this response because: I would never pay $dollars to fix leaksRich's stated in first response about changing master bearingsThat was the cause of the engine failureThis has already been explained from my mechanic Greulich"sThe photos and paper work has been submitted with contact info if need to callThe failure to install the master bearings properly caused the bearings to get loose and failThis is what blew my engine apart

*** ***s ford pickup motor was resealed oil leaks and installed rebuilt power steering gearwe fixed leaks, steering leaks and loose front end ,had vac leaks and drivability problems, heater did not workwe fixed tranny leaks and exhaust leaksriches auto care did not rebuild the motor, we fixed leaks on a year old motor

In July, 2016, *** *** brought his 70's pickup truck to our shop with several running and leaking problems We replaced the gaskets on the valve covers, intake manifold, and oil panWhen we replaced the rear main seal we discovered the crank bearings were also worn out We
replaced the bearings to get him by We also replaced the power steering system and the seals on the transmission We then built his exhaust system The motor on this truck is over years old, and burned oil We did not replace any moving parts in the engine, only seals and bearings I advised Mr*** to only drive the truck in town I also talked to the shop that had his truck at that time, and explained all the work and parts that were replaced He said the truck overheated and blew apart I also told him I would not cover any 40+ year old motor
