Rich's Citgo III

I am rejecting this response because: Rich's Citgo is right on certain aspects of the issue but neglect to understand or accept the real problemWhen they finished the pump replacement, I said the car still wasn't running rightThat is not the real issue hereI called*** the following day to say I smell gas real bad when driving it, so much so that my eyes were burningHe said it just needs to be aired out as it sat for a week for the right pump to come inWhen I took the car back to *** since it still was not running right, they said the reason I smelled gas so bad was because Rich's failed to install the "cover or cap" (I forget their wording) on the fuel pump and that was causing gas to spill out underneath the rear seat*** said I was lucky the car didn't catch fireAs a result, *** had to drain and remove the gas tank, and basically almost all the work that I just paid Rich's Citgo to do.***, in addition to re-doing Rich's work, installed a fuel filter as well which ultimately corrected the initial problem I hadThe reason why I went to Rich's Citgo and called so many times is because the owner *** hung up on me when I asked for a refund then wouldn't answer the phone when I called back repeatedlyI had no alternative but to go to their shop and discuss thisAnd yes, I was clearly upset and perhaps loud at times since I was hung up on and them not answering my calls to resolve thisI am expecting my money back in full, every pennyIf I can't get this resolved amicably through Revdex.com, then I will have no choice to take them to small claims court

When*** * came to me with*** he ask to have fuel pump install which was recomended by *** ** *** do to lack of power I then removed the pmp and I found out he bought the wrong one after installing the correct one the vehicle had the same
problem I suggested going back to the dealer who performed the diag afew days later he called and said the pmp was put in wrong I said imposible the car would run or start I felt it was do to the engine work at*** which he paid over and he did not have problem before this work he then made several calls to *** asking for his money back using foul language and threating calls were made in mins time which I stored on caller id from tel # *** *** *** he then came richs and said I won my fn money or else very laud in front of cutomers and then left we then called the police and filed a report
