In response to this complaint, the fact Is that this customer brought in his vehicle a Saturn torepair water leakageThe water damage was extensive with of water on the floor of the car.The customer
was told that since his car Is an old Saturn model, we will do our best to fixthe leakage problem, as availability of parts on this discontinued production is a difficultchallengeHe wanted us to go ahead and do the work anyway and signed a work order as so.The order was on a Time and Material basis and there was no pre-agreed price
There was no work done on power locks/windows and we did not touch these, as In the firstplace they were already bad and not working when he brought the car to usHe later wanted toadd repair to the leaking trunkHe was told that it will be an additional job to the original workorder with corresponding additional cost as to labor and parts as neededHe did not want tospend more money as he said that his car was already a discontinued Saturn
We totally deny his claim as to what he alleges as his other conversation with the undersigned,.It sounds to us as a wild figment of imagination and is totally untrue and rather ludicrous Theconversations that we had with him were all business like, and confined to the work that wewere supposed to do according to the signed work order, and that we didHe was told thatanything additional that he wanted us to do will be separate or an additional job stipulation andat an additional costHe decided not to spend more on his discontinued Saturn car, paid for ourbill and collected his carAs you can see, all was done In a customary wayWe have been inbusiness for over years , and our emphasis has always been on customer service andsatisfaction
