1. Customer purchased the scooter on 2/24/2015.
2. first call we did a house call at his residence. He could not start it. Find out he had the kill switch in a position where it will not start. We gave him a free battery during this call just in case he killed his. No fee charged.
3. Second...

time he call we picked up the scooter down the street from a bar that his mom was at. She was intoxicated, screaming out our mechanic. Kill switch was in the off position again. Battery was dead, we kicked started it no fee charged again.
4. Mother calls third time being aggravated and belligerent. Can tell she is at a bar. Scooter died while her son was riding it. We picked it up. We replace the fuel pump free. He picked up from shop after hours.
5. Calls at another time threaten the shop owner. Calls our supplier to get a wire harness and fuel pump. Our supplier says they can tell she is at a bar and intoxicated. She is cursing at them and is intoxicated again.
6. Mother dropped of the scooter a few weeks later. Tells us parts are ordered from our supplier. Part never came.
7. We made 3 calls to customer after scooter was here for a month. Customer did not return our calls right away. The customer or someone had cut off the ignition switch. Looked like it had been stolen. Other parts were taken off it and parts were in a bag when they dropped it off.
8. The son called to the records on the scooter. the only record we have is the sale of it an the oil change we did on it. They never picked the records up until a friend of his showed up a month later.
9. All parts and labor, except for oil change was free of charge. Our policy and our suppliers policy is warranty for 90 day on parts only, not labor. We still did labor at no charge.
