Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Why is legal action being threatened over $something dollars? What do you expect my response to be, that I accept your small claims court threat? I'm proposing that we agree that the service I attempted to purchase was never delivered Regards, [redacted] ***

We couldn't find a solution until we found out what the problem was! The relevancy was that we don't have vehicles nor drivers located in his area. It's a minimum forty five minutes to drive there, afterdetermining the problem and the solution, informing the driver, who had to get dressed and come to the office to pkup the vehicle, and stopping to gas up on the way there, then drive time to the client! The problem turned out to be, not having a vehicle or driver, we solved that, but the client refusing to pay anything when he arrived! That along with his attitude about an agreeable compromise and refusing to pay anything was totally unacceptable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which he agreed to. We'll be glad to settle this matter in small claims court here in Louisville, and we'll also file a counter suit for the balance of the contract

I negotiated a $refund settlement as a resolve

Partial credit with a service provider I will never use again is worthless. The replacement limo offered was from a different company I had never heard of and should have been acting under contract from Derby City LimoThis other company was expecting full payment from me rather than from Derby City, and was going to be at least hours lateI was not and an not willing to pay full price for a late and incomplete service.Had I been informed of the original vehicle's trouble with being pulled over and offered at the beginning with a reasonable resolution, I would not have felt the need to continually call for updates to the situation. I'm not sure how the agreed upon pick up location has any bearing on the situationIf *** didn't want to have his driver going to la Grange, he could have stated such before agreeing to take my money.I did become rude and demanding as the possibility of actually seeing a limo that day was declining and I had no answers or resolutions from ***Only after becoming rude was the second limo mentioned, which has been addressed above

Client created problems by not following directions sent. Client was verbally abusive on phone and in emailClient signed agreement that they “understood and agreed to Terms and Conditions” on our websiteCredit was offered to client and client was told to once again “follow instructions”
on website to resolve issue, but obviously would rather ask the Revdex.com to resolve instead of taking responsibility to follow instructions themselves. We refuse to communicate with the client on the phone or in emails due to lewd, vulgar, and abusive language, accusations, and threats. Company is willing to give client credit if correct procedures are followed

cool in hopes of getting the service I had signed up and paid a deposit forAs time passed I was loosing my temper and did end up in a bit of a shouting match which is when I was told to never call again- no problem ***, but I am still waiting on that refundLater in the afternoon of the date of
service, I sent an email to *** requesting a refund of my deposit which has not received a response of a week later (the day I'm submitting this complaint). In response: 1. When Mr*** Called, we immediately got on the phone to the dispatcher. We found that the vehicle sent was not physically capable of picking up their group. Arrangements were made to send a larger, newer vehicle to pk them up. 2. Mr*** failed to explain in his complaint that the pickup was in LaGrange, Ky (minutes from our warehouse). Numerous phone calls were made to find a driver, on the spur of the moment, who accommodate their group. 3. Mr*** continued to call every or minutes for updates during the time we were making these arrangements. Finally he was asked to quit calling as it was delaying our efforts to resolve the situation. 4. Mr*** was notified by the dispatcher, and informed that another driver had been contacted, and was in route to LaGrange to pickup his group. 5. Mr*** then very rudely informed the dispatcher that he was unwilling to pay the balance due for the limousine ($500+), and was not open for compromise. 6. Our Terms and Condition clearly state that if the contracted vehicle is delayed due to a breakdown, accident, etc., that another vehicle of comparable or greater value will be substituted, and that no refund will be given. Mr*** signed the agreement that he agreed to our Terms and Conditions. 7. Had Mr*** agreed to a fair compromise, we would have worked something out that was mutually acceptable. Consequently our efforts to secure another driver to drive to LaGrange and fulfill our agreement were in vain. 8. We will agree to offer Mr*** a percentage of his deposit as a credit towards future service
