I would like to start by saying that all maintenance issues are fixed as quickly as humanly possible at Lynn Properties There are times when parts must be ordered, otherwise all issues are prioritized based on the urgency and resolved within a very short time frame We had not received any written complaints from the resident at any time All phone calls regarding maintenance issues were resolved Ms [redacted] did not pay her rent and was evicted from the property We sent hand delivered notices regarding her non-payment of rent and she was also notified of the eviction and the court date She did not respond to any of our requests for payment of the rent and did not appear in court as requested She could have made her arguments in court in front of the judge, but did not do so We explained to her the procedures and consequences of eviction Not only was she living in the property without paying the rent and keeping us from collecting rent from a paying tenant, but she caused us to incurred court costs and other expenses related to the eviction If Ms [redacted] would like to pay the $judgment we will be happy to mark it as paid on her credit I would also like to point out that Ms [redacted] at no time contacted Lynn Properties to arrange for payments or try to settle the judgment amount with us This debt is a legal legitimate debt and must be paid

We have issued a full refund of the $to the person making this complaint. Our office was under a transformation and we were in the process of replacing the person that processed the applications. We have never scammed anyone out of $or any other amount. We found the
application and the money order after the new person starting working and we immediately refunded the money

We have received calls concerning possible bed bugs. The description by the tenant does not fit the bed bug theory. The tenant is stating that the bugs are high on the wall which would not indicate bed bugs. The complaint came more than a week after the tenant moved in and we have
no way of knowing if the tenant brought the mystery bug with him or not. We cleaned and did maintenance on the house before the tenant moved in and there was no indication of any bugs or infestation of any kind. The actual wall in question which supposedly contains the bug was paneled just before the tenant moved in and it would have been obvious if there were any bugs at that time. The wall with the mildew on it has been cleaned whoever, we are sending maintenance over to clean and paint the wall to make sure it is sealed properly. We have not had any more complaints since maintenance went out and cleaned the wall containing mildew. If the tenant still has any issue he is welcome to contact us so that we can discuss any further action to be taken
