Took my 78 yr. old, handicapped mother in for upper plate repair (they had made the plate originally).

Not even a full year later the plate broke in half !!!
We called for an appointment and determined that Dr. [redacted] had retired and the office was closed.
Called their 1-800 # and spoke with representative who informed us that my mother would have to travel to nearest office: New Braunfels for assistance. Well, she is handicapped and unable to make this trip - was told that Ms.[redacted], area representative would contact us = never did!!
I have repeatably called: seven calls that I have documented. Have left messages for Ms. [redacted], have left messages for a Ms. [redacted], have filed what's called a "Patient Concern" all to no avail!!
